Maintainable	SureDeliver™ has a built-in queue viewer to easily track messages, both sent/ received, and their status. SureDeliver queue viewer is web-based. So, Administrators can log-in remotely.
Extensible	For example, SureDeliver™ can be easily interfaced with integration brokers to connect to data sources and destinations.
Scalable	SureDeliver™ is deployable to any J2EE application server and can leverage scalability of the underlying J2EE platform.
Interoperable	• Uses open standards (Supports Web-Services Reliable Messaging and ebXML)

	• Enables Health-Insurance (admin) transactions (using CORE Phase II envelopes)
