Identifier information such as social security number and driver's license number, private data such as health record and financial record, or highly valued information such as customer contact data and proprietary business intelligence related data are all information that need to be protected in various locations of any business. Such data, whether transferred within the busines or across organizations, are inherently vulnerable when sent across the internet.

SureDeliver® provides a mechanism for reliable delivery. SureDeliver has a built-in "acknowledgement due" process with which it monitors each data transfer to confirm successful transmission; resending data to the intended destination as often as specified by the sender. SureDeliver® has robust database queue based persistence and duplicate detection built-in to guarantee once and once-only delivery of data record.

SureDeliver® is designed to handle large files, large volume and irregular network availability. It is designed to support remote applications that are especially vulnerable to network downtime and unrealiability. Its specific objective is to support continued normal business operation in relation to data transfer requirements, regardless of network reliability.

A single installation of SureDeliver® can take concurrent data flows from many applications. SureDeliver® supports both file system folder polling (easy to set up and program) and database queues (enterprise level throughput and scalability). SureDeliver™ has a bundled database and a built-in queue manager. It is also easily extensible using Integration Brokers.

SureDeliver® has a destination router. SureDeliver® can route the "sensitive data" to the intended destination within the organization.
